  Great food every time. In the mornings the service can be a little slow but that's because they sometimes only have 1 wait staff trying to get to every table and sit people down and do anything in front of the house. Big Props on the wait staff that have to do that. But I have been trying to find a really good Mexican food restaurant and Alicia's is my favorite place so far in town, with amazing burritos and breakfast. I LOVE IT!

  Food was EXCELLENT! As a native san diegan, I take Mexican food quite seriously and I must say this lived up to expectations. We came for breakfast and Velma did an amazing job - definitely recommend, and would come here again.

  Visited in September' 2016. Flies! Flies! Flies! Greeted our table and food. Somebody call the health inspector and sanitation dept. dirt and flies. Everywhere! Flies carry poop around, they hang near trash, dumpsters, and animal feces. Tables and chairs were dirty and dated. Restaurant should be shut down to get cleaned up from all the dust, and floors mopped 3 xs. They don't mind the flies I nasty flies add flavor to their food which has no seasoning and no flavor. I wonder if cook and workers wash their hands after bathroom use. Overly priced menu. Somewhat friendly servers. Hours suck, you have to guess when you could eat there. Not worth the money. Food was hot but flavorless. Have not gone back eat out of town. The place is filthy. Piece of advice, Lysol disinfectant wipes, bleach, pine sol, Gain products and water cloths. Clean your dirty restaurant please for someone's or the whole town gets ill. 2 stars is being generous.
